Introduction to SBA

SBA is a Performance Improvement consultancy. We assist organisations in developing their ability to do business more efficiently and effectively. We enable businesses to:

We are expert in information strategy, business engineering and process, management information, change and transformation, and IT.

Independent Consultancy  

Many consultancies supply products or software services which form a significant part of their income. They sometimes advertise their allegiances, as a Microsoft Partner, Cisco Partner etc., and sometimes they don't. Some are resellers, and others sell technology solutions they have developed themselves. However expert these consultancies may be (and some are very good), they are clearly not independent, and one cannot expect to receive objective advice from them. 

SBA is independent of any manufacturer, vendor, technology or methodology. When we recommend specific products to you we will have no interest or benefit in the supply of those, you can be assured that at all times in your dealings with SBA independent means independent - we will represent your best interest and only your interests.

Likewise, we have no dogma, we will not tell you that you must use PRINCE2 - any effective project management methodology will do. Nor will you hear us pushing Six Sigma - there are many lean and continuous improvement methodologies which have merit. We do not specialise in providing services dependent on any specific methodology, although we are qualified in some.

This independence comes at a price - we don't make hidden revenue from the supply of specific products, and our fees reflect this. If we commend a particular system or solution it will be because we believe it is the best for you. If you ask us to be involved in the procurement and implementation of that then similarly we will be acting as your agent.

SBA only provides independent advice. Advice you can trust and depend on confident in the knowledge that it has been provided with significant expertise and in your best interests as a customer.
