			<description><![CDATA[excellent post, agree totally, and the added bonus is that staff are also getting peer to peer training on how to use social media, whereas if you ban it many might not know anything about it and trainers will have to be brought in once a company embraces it as 'business media'. Most companies are now getting the message, that what is known as social media can be used to the advantage of the business, saving them a lot of money as well.
